Mr. Nawaf Mohammed Al Jishi, Chairman of the Bahrain Society of the Private Training Institutes (BSPTI), affirmed the readiness of training institutes in the Kingdom of Bahrain to be an effective tool in the hands of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the advancement of national cadres, in implementation of the aspirations that HRH spoke about in his recent speech during his presidency of the cabinet meeting, especially in terms of securing a fair competitive environment that enables young people to achieve their ambitions, strengthen partnership with the private sector and intensify efforts to recover and develop the economy.

Al Jishi said that the speech of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister charted the features of a comprehensive national renaissance in all respects, and defined for every individual and institution in the Kingdom of Bahrain a role to play within the “Team Bahrain”, and in the framework of collaborative work at the national level, and the advancement of various sectors, including the sector of developing human cadres and boosting the contribution of all Bahraini people in the national development.

“We aspire to revive the “Singaporean Dream” in Bahrain and to benefit from the experience of this country. Despite having limited resources, Singapore became one of the world’s most prosperous and growing economies. Bahrain Vision 2030 draws a roadmap towards achieving this dream and repeating the Singaporean experience in Bahrain, taking into account the developments that have taken place since the announcement of this vision in the year 2008 until now.” He said.

“We have ten years of work until the year 2030, and under the directives of His Majesty the King and the leadership of HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister we can make this dream come true, and this is not strange to Bahrain. According to HRH the Crown Prince the Prime Minister’s speech: “Bahraini society has proven over the years that its determination enables it to overcome challenges.” Al Jishi added.

He concluded his statement by confirming the ability to build on the capabilities and experiences available to the training sector in Bahrain over more than five decades, including advanced infrastructure and training programs in all fields, indicating the significance of moving forward in developing the institutions of this sector and activating their role in accordance with the ideas and trends of the esteemed government headed by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in a manner that ensures a more substantial contribution of these institutions to the GDP and employment of Bahrainis.
