Bahrain Islamic Index closes higher at 637.20 points

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,459.84 points marking, a decrease of 2.35 points below the previous closing.
This decrease was due to the fall in the Commercial Banks Sector, Investment Sector and Services Sector, Bahrain Bourse reported.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 637.20 points, marking an increase of 0.02 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 80 equity transactions took place with a volume of 5,385,998 worth BD 909,051.
Investors traded mainly in the Commercial Banks Sector representing 41.03% of the total value of securities traded.
