Al Liwan, which is the latest project in the Company’s investment portfolio, has been developed by Lama Real Estate Development W.L.L, which is one of the joint venture companies of Seef Properties.

Located in the heart of Al Liwan Project, the 6,000m2 family entertainment center is the latest and one of the largest entertainment facilities in the Kingdom, encompassing over 25 varied and large-sized main game stations that suit all age groups, in addition to more than 150 interactive, electronic, and virtual intelligence games; all designed in accordance with the best international standards, in a way that guarantees the health and safety of all patrons and visitors.

Visitors of the center will have an ideal opportunity for unparalleled amusement, due to the diversity of gaming areas and to the center’s available facilities which cater to all age groups, where everyone will equally have a good share of suspense and excitement, in a world of endless adventure that satisfies all tastes. The center also boasts a large hall dedicated to organizing birthday parties, equipped with the most modern and interactive gear.

The entertainment center, with its indoor and outdoor facilities, will meet the aspirations of all family members, including children, adolescents, and adults, with the latest of what the world of gaming and entertainment technology has to offer, allowing parents and children to share memorable moments of joy together.

Safety, security, and public health are among the top priorities of the center, as Seef Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seef Properties, is keen on applying the highest international safety standards and practices to ensure the safety of its visitors. In addition to that, the center regularly carries out sterilization and sanitization measures on all the game stations, reflecting Seef Entertainment’s keenness to provide a healthy environment suitable for all visitors.

The iconic center is located in the middle of Al Liwan Project, which is anticipated to become an unmatched economic, tourist and entertainment landmark in the Kingdom of Bahrain, attracting families and individuals seeking a contemporary world of entertainment and excitement.

Commenting on the new entertainment destination, Seef Properties CEO and representative of Lama Real Estate Development, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf stated: “The area of Hamala awaits an integrated project as such, and the new entertainment center in the heart of Liwan will be a key element in redefining family entertainment with the latest concept, providing visitors of all age groups a fun, joyful and memorable experience.”
