Diyar Alkhair offers 1,000 m2 commercial space in Sanabis

Daih Real Estate Development Co. W.L.L, a subsidiary of Promoseven Holdings, announced that its latest residential project “Diyar Al Khair” in Sanabis area currently offers more than offers 1,000 m2 of commercial investment space in this vital area in the center of Bahrain.

Hundreds of families in the project will need supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment facilities, etc., in addition to the needs of neighboring residential communities which makes commercial spaces in “Diyar Alkhair” a great opportunity for investors”. Mrs. Laitoum added.

It is noteworthy that “Promoseven Holdings” will start handing over the units of “Diyar Al Khair” next November after the implementation rate in the first phase of the project exceeded 80%, amidst the high demand for the project by those wishing to obtain an apartment with quality features and an acceptable price in the center of Bahrain.

The project is directed primarily to the residents of neighboring communities in the villages of Budaiya Street, Jadd Hafs, Al-Burhama among others, who wish to own an apartment at an affordable price without compromising the main requirements of the apartment and the distinct service facilities, while also making it available to all Bahrainis and GCC citizens who wish to seize the opportunity for housing or a good investment.
