Health Minister meets with Bahrain Hajj Mission Medical Committee

Manama, June 21 (BNA): Minister of Health, Dr. Jalila bint Sayed Jawad Hassan stressed Bahrain’s keenness to provide the best health services to citizens. She praised the royal directives to facilitate the mission of Bahraini pilgrims and provide them with the needed care and services.
This came during a meeting today with Head and members of Bahrain Hajj Mission Medical Committee to ascertain the finalization of all procedures to provide care for Bahraini pilgrims.
The Minister of Health commended the great efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve pilgrims and help them perform their Hajj rituals with ease and security. She wished this year’s Hajj season every success, pointing out readiness of the Ministry of Health to provide the needed support to the medical committee. She also urged to provide the needed care to the pilgrims, pointing out the importance of raising their awareness of the need to adhere to the preventative measures against coronavirus.
Head of the Coordination and Medical Committees of Bahrain Hajj Mission, Dr. Ibrahim Abid, thanked the Minister of Health and the Health Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Walid Al Mena and all officials for their cooperation, noting the importance of making the necessary efforts to secure an easier and more secure pilgrimage this year and provide the best health services to the pilgrims.
