BTEA set to organize Biggest New Year's Eve festivities in the Kingdom

(BNA): The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) announced that preparations are underway for the New Year’s Eve celebrations on December 31, with an itinerary full of festive shows and entertaining programs, with fireworks shows located in four various locations: Avenues Park, Marassi Beach, Water Garden City by BBK, and Harbour Row by GFH.
Bahrainis, residents, and tourists will be able to experience a joyous countdown to 2023 at Avenues Park with drone shows, live performances, local DJs, DJ Lorenzo, fireworks, and more beginning from 10 p.m. until midnight.
Marassi Beach is ready to host a number of spectacular entertainment events, such as fire dancers, LEC dancers, a sand art show, and a fireworks show, with live shows by the Dawas traditional band, the Majaz band, Dustizm DJ, and DJ Kaz.
Another fabulous lineup of entertaining events will be introduced at the Water Garden City, featuring Bohemian Nights with DJs, live music, a drumming circle, hand pans, art and craft workshops, fireworks show, and yoga. Kicking off 2023 will also be special at Harbour Row with a stunning firework show.
Al Dana Amphitheatre will bid farewell to 2022 with the most electrifying night, featuring world-class DJs on New Year’s Eve: Matrin Garriz, Jackson, Justin Mylo, and Julian Jordan from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m.
The New Year's Eve celebrations are part of Bahrain's season of festivities calendar, which is full of festivals and surprises organized throughout the month of December in various locations and venues across Bahrain, attracting a diverse range of Bahrainis, residents, and visitors.
'We are excited to host the biggest New Year's Eve festivities in the Kingdom, which showcase the tremendous efforts made in collaboration with the private sector to mark Bahrain as one of the most attractive destinations to spend holidays and support the industry's growth through creative initiatives that improve the effectiveness of tourism attractions and entertaining events,” BTEA CEO Dr. Nasser Qaedi said.
