Oil and Environment Minister receives Algerian Ambassador

Manama, Jan. 19 (BNA): Oil and Environment Minister, Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, received here today the Algerian Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdelhamid Ahmed Khodja, with whom he discussed ways to bolster cooperation between the two brotherly countries across various development fields, particularly regarding the oil and environment sectors.
The minister lauded the level reached by the steadily-growing fraternal relations between the two countries and their peoples, wishing him every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties.
The ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to the minister for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to him, praising the topics raised during the meeting.
He also hailed the constant progress witnessed by the oil and environment sectors in the kingdom, which, he said, will enhance their role in achieving comprehensive development.
